Job Description
The incumbent supports the Talent Development function within the Human Resources team by driving workplace learning, strengthening employee engagement, and building a strong learning organisation. As a Learning Partner, this role works closely with employees and people managers to foster a OneMWS culture through impactful learning and development initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
Building a Learning Organisation
Design and develop microlearning modules to enable just-in-time learning and prepare staff for the future workforce.
Facilitate and provide administrative support for the induction programme as part of the new hires' journey, including coordination of learning pathways and culture-building initiatives.
Facilitate DISC workshops and design impactful learning programmes that strengthen a learning organisation.
