Job Title: Senior Executive -TA Operations

Location : Goregaon East, Mumbai


Job Summary

The Senior Executive TA Operations is responsible for managing end-to-end HR data, delivering high-quality analytics, and supporting HR and business leadership through accurate reporting and insights. The role requires hands-on expertise in HRIS platforms, advanced Excel-based analytics, and executive-level PowerPoint presentations, along with the ability to drive process optimization and data governance across HR functions.


Key Responsibilities

HR MIS & HRIS Ownership

  • Own and manage HR MIS processes across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire)
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within HRIS systems
  • Lead HRIS data audits, reconciliations, and periodic validations
  • Partner with HR tech teams/vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, and UAT
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for HRIS and MIS-related queries

Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics

  • Design, develop, and deliver standardized and customized HR MIS reports for leadership
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, diversity, and compliance
  • Create automated dashboards and scorecards for real-time data visibility
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to support workforce planning and strategic decisions

Advanced Excel & Data Management

  • Leverage advanced Excel capabilities: Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas
  • Maintain large datasets and build automated trackers to reduce manual effort
  • Drive continuous improvement through report automation and process optimization

PowerPoint & Executive Communication

  • Develop senior leadership-ready PowerPoint presentations, reports, and dashboards
  • Translate complex HR data into clear, concise, and impactful visuals and narratives
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reviews, board presentations, and business updates

Governance, Compliance & Process Excellence

  • Ensure HR data governance and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
  • Document MIS processes, controls, and report definitions
  • Mentor junior MIS team members and review their outputs for accuracy and quality
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR reporting frameworks and analytics maturity

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, or similar)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with automation expertise
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills with strong data visualization and storytelling ability
  • High analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage multiple deliverables
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential HR data


Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in HR MIS / HR Operations / HR Analytics
  • Experience in large or complex organizations preferred
  • Prior exposure to HR digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
