The role requires hands-on expertise in HRIS platforms, advanced Excel-based analytics, and executive-level PowerPoint presentations, along with the ability to drive process optimization and data governance across HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

HR MIS & HRIS Ownership

• Own and manage HR MIS processes across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire)
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within HRIS systems
