Overview

The role supports the Talent Development function within Human Resources by driving workplace learning, strengthening employee engagement, and building a strong learning organisation. As a Learning Partner, this role works closely with employees and People Leaders to foster a One MWS culture through impactful learning and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Building a Learning Organisation: Design and develop microlearning modules to enable just-in-time learning and prepare staff for the future workforce.

  • Facilitate and provide administrative support for the induction programme as part of the new hires’ journey, including coordination of learning pathways and culture-building initiatives.
