Job title: Senior Executive, Workplace & Employee Experience

What you’ll do:

Office Management


  • Day-to-day operations : own daily office operations end-to-end, ensuring everything runs smoothly from facilities, supplies, and amenities to overall office readiness.
  • Office readiness & space planning : manage seating, moves/adds/changes, assets, ergonomics, and ensure the office is always ready for teams to work effectively.
  • Facilities & compliance : liaise with building management and ensure compliance with safety, security, and access protocols.
  • Vendor management : manage third-party vendors (housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance, etc.), track contracts and renewals, and ensure high service quality with cost efficiency.
  • Budget & cost control : manage office budgets, purchasing, invoices, and cost controls.
  • Workplace standards : implement workplace standards, SOPs, audits, and processes to ensure a consistent employee experience.


Employee Engagement


  • Bring the office to life by planning and running fun, meaningful engagement initiatives - festivals, celebrations, wellness activities, and culture moments.
  • Own engagement events end-to-end: ideas, budgets, logistics, vendors, and flawless on-ground execution.
  • Partner with the People Team and leaders to bring company values and culture to life through events and programs.
  • Own the engagement calendar.
  • Support townhalls, leadership connects, and team offsites.
  • Be the go-to person for all things culture, celebrations, and the office vibe.


What you’ll need:


  • 2 - 4 years of experience in office management, workplace/facilities management, admin, or HR operations.
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office operations.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-ground role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
