Role Overview
The International Training Coordinator will join the Corporate Academy team to ensure the coordination, deployment and administration of international training program across Sopra Steria Group. Thanks to a strong expertise on C2L, the Group Learning Management System, she/he delivers training programs with a specific attention to learning experience, advise learning actors and provide technical support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
The Training Coordinator will activate all levers to ensure successful deployment of the international training offer :
- Using the Learning Management System (Click2Learn), perform all tasks necessary to the following business processes: coordinate, schedule, manage logistics for training sessions (virtual, classroom and blended curriculum).
