  • The Facilities Manager (FM) will be the frontline representative of the Managing Agent, responsible for ensuring that the Facilities Management Services across assigned schools are properly executed according to the contract

  • The FM will work closely with schools, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service delivery.

  • Act as the main point of contact for Schools and Users, ensuring that all facilities management services are carried out as per the contract.

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, codes of practice, and relevant Singapore regulations related to facilities management.Assist schools in planning and programming all visits and maintenance services.
