Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support all training initiatives and programs.
  • Manage training requests from various departments and individuals.
  • Prepare and distribute training-related communications, including course announcements.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to training — including filing, record-keeping, participant registration, training expenses, and budgeting.
  • Liaise with HRDCorp on all related matters, including training grant applications and claims for the Genting Malaysia Group of Companies.
  • Prepare and develop training modules and conduct internal training sessions when required.
