A leading recruitment agency is seeking a senior facilities manager to oversee operations at manufacturing sites in Laguna or Cavite. The role requires over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry, as well as a college degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. You will be responsible for managing facility operations and maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and leading a multidisciplinary team.
