Responsibilities

  • People: Directly manage key operational roles of the site; provide leadership to the facilities team; ensure direct reports deliver measurable goals in line with account strategy; mentor and enable training and development of direct reports and the wider facilities team; nurture an environment conducive to teamwork, cooperation and diversity; as a people manager, ensure succession planning and career growth for direct reports; promote initiative sharing across client sites and create opportunities for wider collaboration in the account and company; partner with HR for timely reporting on people management challenges and drive employee cyclical activities for the facilities team.
