Maintenance Planning & Scheduling for trades performing weight handling equipment repair, including Portal Cranes, Bridge cranes, hoists, & lifting jibs.Perform Job planning, materials and labor estimating, stakeholder coordination, and scheduling work for repair, installation, and Preventive Maintenance activities.Prepares methods, manning estimates, and material packages and schedule coordination for equipment repairs.Helps analyze equipment failures. Performs technical correspondence with vendors.Researches, writes purchase specs, arranges and expedites deliveries, monitors and replenishes inventories for work crews.Perform Job Hazard Analysis and coordinate risk mitigation (such as equipment Lock Out Tag Out, Dig Safe, Fall Plans), and personal protective equipment (PPE) are understood and established to ensure safe job sites for planned jobs.Assist in new system’s installation planning...
