About the Role

Ventia is seeking an experienced Senior Facility Asset Manager (SFAM) to lead maintenance delivery and minor projects within the Education portfolio, while guiding and empowering a team of Facility Asset Managers.

The Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) provides facilities management services for more than 5,000 Government‑owned sites across 48 agencies in South Australia. Ventia partners with local small and medium businesses to deliver these services 7 days a week, 365 days a year, ensuring communities have access to safe, reliable, and well‑maintained facilities.
