Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, and repair building structures.
- Identify defects and propose corrective actions or improvements.
Support the maintenance of building systems such as:
- Plumbing and sanitary systems
- Water pumps, tanks, and piping
- Lighting and basic electrical fittings
- Ventilation fans and small HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate repair works.
Ensure building works comply with company safety procedures.
- Support EHS audits and regulatory inspections (Bomba, DOSH, local council).
- Enforce permit‑to‑work and LOTO procedures during contractor work.
- Preventive & Corrective.
Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance programs.
