RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative to maximize brand and corporate value through strategic sales leadership across beauty chain/ semi-self-stores and department store channels. Drive revenue growth, elevate in-store execution, and lead a high-performing retail sales team.
Your main focus:
Manage field sales operations across semi-self-stores and department storesDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with brand and business objectivesBuild strong relationships with key retailers and store teamsAnalyze sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targetsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives Sales Strategy & Execution
Oversee daily sales activities and ensure KPIs are met across assigned storesSet and monitor sales targets for each region and store type
