We are looking for a skilled engineer or technician to provide technical support and training in the field. In this key role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, working directly with them to troubleshoot equipment and software.

This position requires frequent travel within Canada and the United States.


Main Responsibilities:

The Role involves performing technical interventions at customer sites, providing advanced technical support both on-site and remotely, training customers on instrument usage, collaborating with sales teams during product demonstrations and pre- and post-sales activities,
