A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Financial Controller in Ware. This senior role offers ownership of the finance function within a multi-entity business generating over £100m in revenue. You'll lead month-end and year-end processes, develop a high-performing finance team, and provide strategic analysis to senior stakeholders. Strong leadership skills and a background in financial reporting are essential. The position includes a salary range of £75,000–£85,000.
