Job Title: Sr. Finance Executive

Department: Finance

Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru

Experience: 2–5 years


Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Reconciliation Sr. Finance Executive to manage revenue reconciliation, repayments, statutory payments, banking activities, and digital advertising account management. The role will closely work with finance, operations, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.


Key Responsibilities:-

Finance & Reconciliation

  • Perform NBFC revenue reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely invoicing as per contractual terms and accounting policies.
  • Handle repayment reconciliation , investigate variances, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for resolution.
  • Prepare reconciliation statements and support month-end close activities.

Statutory &Vendor Payments

  • Manage statutory (like GST &TDS) and vendor payments in INR and foreign currency , including payment processing, documentation, and compliance.
  • Handle ad-hoc banking activities , including transaction verification, bank coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain proper payment trackers and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with tax consultants and internal teams to ensure compliance and accurate records.

Contracts & Agreements

  • Conduct ad-hoc review of agreements , focusing on financial clauses, billing terms, payment schedules, and revenue recognition impact.

Digital Ads Management Support

  • Manage and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts from a finance and billing perspective.
  • Track advertising spends, reconcile marketing invoices.

Reporting, Controls & Audit Support

  • Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and process notes.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities.


Skills & Qualifications Required:-


Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in revenue and repayment reconciliation , preferably in NBFC / fintech / financial services .
  • Experience in managing vendor payments (INR & foreign currency) .
  • Working knowledge of statutory payments (GST, TDS) and basic regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software / ERP systems (Tally) .

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ad-hoc requests.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
