Senior Finance Manager

Job Purpose

Reporting to the CFO, this role will lead the end-to-end transformation of the Group's finance systems, from initial design and vendor selection through implementation, go-live, and stabilisation. The role requires strong IFRS, group consolidation, and system migration experience, with the ability to drive complex change across Finance, IT, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance system transformation, including requirements definition, vendor selection, implementation, data migration, testing, and go-live.
• Act as the finance lead for all system-related decisions across GL, AR, AP, reporting, and consolidation.
• Ensure systems fully support IFRS-compliant financial reporting and group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and group adjustments.
