This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Senior Finance Manager. The Senior Finance Manager will lead the financial strategy, oversee budgeting and forecasting, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing management reports, optimizing costs, supporting strategic planning, and supervising finance team members. The role will also require collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and maintaining efficient operational budgets.
Qualifications
- Strong competencies in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Proficient in financial analysis, report generation, and data interpretation for decision-making
- In-depth understanding of compliance regulations, risk management, and internal control procedures
- Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing finance teams
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools; knowledge of tech or marine industries is advantageous
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CA certification is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, with a preference for experience in technical or global industries
