Pfizer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead MIS reporting, SEZ activities, and financial governance at our Vizag manufacturing site. This is a high‐visibility role driving efficiency, compliance, and financial excellence across plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis
Drive MIS reporting and ensure end‐to‐end SEZ compliance (endorsements, filings, customs coordination)
Manage internal & external audits, SOX documentation, and corporate submissions
Prepare budgets, P&L reviews, and financial reporting packages
Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 managers, while fostering strong financial discipline
