Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
- Handle payroll processing, statutory compliances, PF, ESI, GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, cash flow statements, and management dashboards
- Monitor expenses, control costs, and ensure financial discipline across departments
