Senior Finance Manager

Talasha has been mandated to hire a Senior Finance Manager for a leading Indian manufacturer specializing in rigid plastic packaging solutions, primarily catering to the FMCG, food & beverage, dairy, pharma, and personal care sectors. Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Bengaluru, they are the largest PET container and preform producer in South Asia, with over 30 manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities -

• Conduct thorough Financial Analysis & Reporting to support strategic business decision-making
• Develop and enhance Financial Models to forecast Annual Operating Plans & Budgets
• Prepare and deliver periodic Financial Reports & MIS Templates for internal and external stakeholders to analyze financial performance
• Lead fund raising efforts through mediums of equity & structured debt, liaise with venture capitalists, bankers & investment firms and serve as the finance POC for all external stakeholders
