Job Overview
The Senior Finance Manager serves as the senior financial leader for the client's group of companies and is the CEO’s primary partner on all financial matters. This role combines hands-on financial execution with high-level strategic analysis and forecasting.
While external accountants support tax preparation and compliance review, the Senior Finance Manager owns the company’s financial data, reporting accuracy, cash flow, and forward-looking financial strategy. This is a highly autonomous role designed for a finance professional who understands the numbers better than the CEO and can clearly communicate what those numbers mean for the business.
This position requires both daily operational ownership and long-term financial leadership.
