This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CEO, with strong potential to evolve into a Director of Finance position.
Position Overview
The Senior Finance Manager will own financial reporting, forecasting, commissions, and cashflow management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role combines strong technical expertise with business partnership and executive-level communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with outsourced accounting to ensure accurate, timely month-end close and financial reporting
- Review and analyze monthly financial statements, accruals, and variances
