Role Level: Senior Manager | Team Handling (2–3 Managers)
Pfizer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead MIS reporting, SEZ activities, and financial governance at our Vizag manufacturing site. This is a high‑visibility role driving efficiency, compliance, and financial excellence across plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead month-end close : journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis
✔ Drive MIS reporting and ensure end‑to‑end SEZ compliance (endorsements, filings, customs coordination)
✔ Manage internal & external audits , SOX documentation, and corporate submissions
✔ Prepare budgets , P&L reviews, and financial reporting packages
✔ Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 managers, while fostering strong financial discipline
✔ Partner cross‑functionally to support a fast‑paced, multinational plant environment
What We’re Looking For
✅ CA or CMA qualified
✅ 8–14 years of experience in Finance and/or SEZ processes (manufacturing preferred)
✅ Solid knowledge of US GAAP, FASB, and Indian GAAP
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
✅ Experience in plant finance, controllership, audits, and compliance
