About the Role

The Senior Finance Officer Payables provides supervisory functions to ensure the provision of accounts payable services. The role is also responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operation and coordination of accounts payable and purchase card management systems, including preparing training, procedures and work instructions, and the monitoring of relevant Service One functions.

Key Position Responsibilities

• Ensuring the provision of high‑quality accounts payable services
• Coordination and administration of the University’s Purchasing cards
• Functional supervision to the Accounts Payable team
• Preparing monthly reconciliations
