My client is building regulated financial infrastructure that connects real-world assets (bonds, Treasuries, structured products) with blockchain — properly, compliantly, and at institutional scale.

It is Series A funded, backed by one of the most respected venture firms in the crypto space, and operating under a regulated framework.

A new CFO has recently joined and they are now hiring a Senior Finance Officer to work closely with them and help build a finance function that can scale with the business.

What You’ll Do

• Own general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial accuracy

• Handle crypto-related accounting in line with IFRS

• Support monthly close, management accounts, and audits

• Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Improve finance processes, systems, and internal controls

What They’re Looking For

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent)

• 3+ years post-qualification experience

• Strong IFRS knowledge

• Big Four, fintech, regulated finance, or crypto exposure is a plus

• Detail-driven, trusted, comfortable working independently

This is a fully remote role with the ideal candidate based in either Europe or South America.

The starting salary for this role is $45,000 - $50,000 USD.
