A global company operating multiple fashion brands is seeking a Senior Finance System Specialist to join their IT Finance Team. This position will function as part of the virtual global headquarters team.

Your new role

As a Senior Finance System Specialist, you will enhance global finance and indirect procurement process-related systems to support the company's rapidly growing business. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Analysing business processes and understanding stakeholder needs.
  • Leading business process remodel (BPR) implementations.
  • Maintaining and resolving system issues.
  • Managing vendor resources for system maintenance.
  • Supporting key processes such as month-end close and payment processes.
  • Continuously improving maintenance processes.
  • Participating in project design, implementation, testing, and release phases.
  • What you'll need to succeed

    To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Knowledge and experience with finance-related systems.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong collaboration skills across different teams, especially between business and IT.
  • Excellent communication skills, a rigorous and responsible attitude, and self-motivation.
  • The ability to logically infer and solve technical problems.

  • Nice to have:
  • Basic knowledge of SAP FICO modules.
  • Experience with market-leading finance front-end SaaS like Ariba, Coupa, Concur.
  • Experience with automation technologies such as RPA.
