A global company operating multiple fashion brands is seeking a Senior Finance System Specialist to join their IT Finance Team. This position will function as part of the virtual global headquarters team.

Your new role

As a Senior Finance System Specialist, you will enhance global finance and indirect procurement process-related systems to support the company's rapidly growing business. Your key responsibilities will include:

Analysing business processes and understanding stakeholder needs.

Leading business process remodel (BPR) implementations.

Maintaining and resolving system issues.

Managing vendor resources for system maintenance.

Supporting key processes such as month-end close and payment processes.

Continuously improving maintenance processes.

Participating in project design, implementation, testing, and release phases.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Knowledge and experience with finance-related systems.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong collaboration skills across different teams, especially between business and IT.

Excellent communication skills, a rigorous and responsible attitude, and self-motivation.

The ability to logically infer and solve technical problems.

Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of SAP FICO modules.

Experience with market-leading finance front-end SaaS like Ariba, Coupa, Concur.

Experience with automation technologies such as RPA.
