We are supporting a fast-growing international FinTech company that is reshaping the infrastructure behind digital investing.
To strengthen their finance team, they are now seeking a Senior Financial Accounatnt (m/f/d) to join them in Berlin.
As a Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d) you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of the company. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure financial compliance, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making. Your Responsibilities:
Lead financial operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance across multiple entities. Own month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies. Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Drive automation and process improvements within finance operations. Provide strategic insights to leadership based on financial data and trends. Your Profile:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus. Several years of experience in financial management, ideally within a tech or FinTech environment. Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP. Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
