Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Financial Analyst with professional experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate is a master of numbers who can translate complex data into actionable strategic insights. You will play a pivotal role in driving our financial planning, building sophisticated models from scratch, and acting as a key advisor to senior leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advanced Financial Modelling: Design, build, and maintain complex dynamic financial models to support long-term strategic planning and annual budgeting.
• Revenue, Cost Forecasting & Analysis: Develop robust financial models based on market trends, historical data, and KPI drivers to predict future performance.
• Competitor Research & Pricing – Develop a deep understanding of the competitor landscape & develop pricing strategy of the products.
• Cash flow planning & management – Understanding of balance sheet & cash flows with acumen to do cash flow forecast & working capital requirement.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor actual vs. budget variances, identifying key risks and opportunities, and providing monthly commentary to the leadership team.
• Cost optimizations – Identify the cost optimization opportunities. Vendor negotiation & pricing.
• Reconciliations & Process Automation: Continuously improve financial processes by leveraging tools & automation of reconciliation between various sources of information.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in financial modelling, corporate FP&A, equity/credit research domains. Strong understanding of financial statements & valuation impact.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Modelling Core: Proven track record of building integrated financial models and complex waterfalls explaining variance and business impact.
• Education: MBA finance (Tier 1/ 2 institutes) or a CA
