A leading manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its corporate headquarters in New Brunswick. This isn’t just a reporting role—it’s a chance to help shape the financial strategy behind complex manufacturing operations.
Location: Hybrid, 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office at Corporate HQ | New Brunswick, Canada
Compensation: Up to $100K, based on experience

You'll work directly with plant leadership and corporate teams to deliver insights that drive smarter decisions, stronger performance, and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
- Design and automate financial models and analytical tools that provide real-time insight into operational performance
- Lead monthly forecasting, multi-year planning, and annual budgeting processes
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to turn financial data into strategic action
- Drive process improvements that enhance the speed, accuracy, and impact of financial reporting
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- 4+ years of experience in finance, including at least 2+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing finance or cost accounting
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data manipulation
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, TM1, Tableau, Alteryx, or Cognos
- A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings
