finance enthusiast with at least 2 years of experience

to take the next step in their career! Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will collaborate closely with the team to support the full finance cycle—from processing invoices and managing payments to bank reconciliations. Process and supplier invoices and expense claims. Bank accounts reconciliation. Interacting with various levels of staff and advisors to obtain information, resolve issues, and provide support on special projects, as needed. Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, audit packages, and journal entries with referenced supporting documentation while maintaining and monitoring the Company’s transactional activity. Supporting and preparing reports and materials needed by accountants and tax preparers. Consolidating financial data and supporting intercompany reconciliations to ensure accurate group-level reporting.

Diploma in Administration and/or Accounting. Demonstrable experience with invoicing, payments, collections, and bank management. Advanced skills with the MS Office Suite, specifically Excel. Fluency in Spanish and English. Knowledge expenses platforms such as Payhawk or Holded.
