Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, to serve as a strategic partner to leadership and drive profitable growth across our business channels. This role is ideal for an FP&A professional with deep financial fundamentals and experience in consumer-facing, data-rich environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, reforecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to cross‑functional leaders in Marketing, Growth, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership on profitability, cost structure, investment trade‑offs, and growth opportunities.
• Own and analyze key business metrics, including CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, TACOS, and channel‑level profitability.
