Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Fire Safety Management and Compliance
- Perform as the site's FSM in accordance with SCDF requirements and ensure site complies with Fire Safety Act and Fire Code.
- Manage Fire Safety Certifications, Fire Safety Plans and liaising duties with external Authorities whenever necessary.
- Submission of Annual Fire Safety Reports.
2. Emergency Preparedness and Response
- Lead, coordinate and conduct Fire Safety Inspections, Fire Drills, Tabletop Exercises.
- Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plan, Fire Emergency Operating Procedures.
- Develop and implement incident escalation and communication protocols.
- Identify fire safety gaps, fire risks and propose improvement measures.
