Job Title: Firmware Lead Engineer
Experience: 4 to 10 years
Location: Bangalore
Notice: 30 Days or Less
Must Have Skills: Embedded C++ or Python Programming, NVIDIA Platform Experience is Required, Any RTOS Experince Preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Firmware architecture ownership and technical leadership
• Strong C/C++ development on embedded Linux
• Linux kernel, device driver, Yocto build system expertise
• GPU bring-up and integration (NVIDIA Jetson, CUDA stack, drivers)
• System-level debugging: logs, traces, networking, hardware signals
• Experience with containers (Docker/OCI) and edge compute platforms
• Defining interfaces, communication protocols, and system workflows
• Hands-on board bring-up and hardware/software integration
• Leading code reviews, mentoring engineers, enforcing best practices
• Ensuring reliability, performance tuning, and security alignment
