Senior Flow Assurance Engineer

Intertek is currently participating in a major tender for FLNG project and in anticipation of a project award, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flow Assurance Engineer to join our team.

The selected candidate will provide expert consultancy in flow assurance and inspection processes across oil & gas projects, contributing to the successful design, execution, and operation of complex systems within the FLNG scope.

Responsabilities :

• Provide specialist engineering input across all project phases, including flow assurance studies and analysis.
• Support FEED and detailed design reviews, ensuring quality and compliance with industry and company standards.
• Define Scopes of Work and oversee contractor activities to ensure technical and contractual alignment.
• Analyze field data to support troubleshooting, commissioning, and operational improvements.
• Ensure design integrity and participate in process safety and technical integrity reviews.
• Act as technical authority for flow assurance, managing deviation/concession requests and resolving technical issues.
• Contribute to the Basis of Design for onshore/offshore facilities and optimize installation and construction activities.
• Ensure effective communication and data transfer between contractors and internal teams.
• Develop and implement flow assurance standards considering environmental and logistical constraintsws/audits.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in offshore and onshore Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong design experience related to platform topsides, FPSOs, subsea manifolds, flexible umbilicals, flowlines, and flow assurance studies for subsea pipelines, including deepwater systems.
• Preferably, hands-on involvement in offshore/onshore operations, particularly in problem solving, commissioning, or start-up activities.
• Previous experience supervising engineering design contractors for offshore facilities and pipeline systems.
