Senior FM Engineer

Responsible for managing the operational and technical aspects of hard facility management operations (MEP, HVAC and Civil) of the assigned contract, or contracts. This role involves managing a team of engineers, supervisors and technicians, maintaining facility infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with regulations, and delivering cost-effective solutions.

Job Description:

• Manage project life cycle, including project scope, goals, execution and deliverables.
• Contributes to the risk management of the department.
