Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ForgeRock Identity Management Consultant with strong expertise in Life Sciences Computer System Validation (CSV) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, validating, and supporting ForgeRock IAM solutions in regulated Life Sciences environments while ensuring compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards .

Key Roles & Responsibilities

ForgeRock IAM Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support ForgeRock Identity Management (IDM), Access Management (AM), Directory Services (DS) solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end IAM solution architecture, deployment, configuration, and upgrades .
  • Integrate ForgeRock with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
  • Configure authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
  • Perform IAM enhancements, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Computer System Validation (CSV) – Life Sciences

  • Lead CSV activities for IAM systems in GxP-regulated environments .
  • Author and review validation documentation including:
  • Validation Plans (VP)
  • User Requirements Specifications (URS)
  • Functional Specifications (FS)
  • Design Specifications (DS)
  • IQ, OQ, PQ protocols and reports
  • Ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, EU Annex 11 , and data integrity principles.
  • Support audits and inspections (FDA, internal, and external audits).
  • Perform impact assessments, risk assessments, and change controls for IAM systems.

Compliance & Security

  • Ensure secure identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and de-provisioning.
  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC) aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure audit trails, logging, and electronic signature compliance.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Compliance, and Security teams.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

  • 6–10 years of experience in IAM and security solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock IDM, AM, and Directory Services .
  • Proven experience in Life Sciences Computer System Validation (CSV) .
  • Strong knowledge of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 , and data integrity.
  • Experience with authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP .
  • Experience integrating IAM with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
