Summary:
This job requires the employee to be able to Make Ready and Run all Folder / Gluers, assist operators in troubleshooting their machines. The Senior Forming Operator will need to be proficient in entering work orders into JD Edwards, navigating the Plant floor data system. Work with the Maintenance department in routine maintenance of the machines. This position requires the Senior Forming Operator to train new hires (IFC's and Operator Trainees) in daily job functions and machine operation and fill in for the department lead when he/she is out. Be able to follow the daily production schedule and communicate with the shift lead and plant management.
