In this forward‑deployed role, you’ll partner directly with large organizations to implement AI solutions across voice, chat, email, and back‑office workflows, tackling the toughest technical challenges and driving measurable impact.

This isn’t a role for everyone – it’s for those that want to be embedded with clients when needed, helping them bridge gaps between existing infrastructure and cutting‑edge AI capabilities.

Experience as a FDE or similar is a must for this role.
