Senior Financial Analyst, Global FP&A - Data Modelling

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to strengthen our global FP&A function. The role focuses on building and enhancing financial models, structuring core financial data frameworks, and delivering clear, consolidated insights that support planning, forecasting, and executive decision‑making. You will work closely with FP&A leadership, providing critical analytical support across budgeting cycles, monthly and quarterly close, and strategic business reviews, while helping maintain the financial systems and reporting tools that anchor our planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain driver‑based AOP and forecast models, supporting scenario analysis and financial simulations.

• Define, maintain, and enhance financial data hierarchies, including cost centers, COA groupings, and business classifications.

• Support period‑end close cycles with consolidated views and variance analysis across major financial dimensions.

• Prepare and update management review materials, including monthly/quarterly decks and executive‑level reporting packages.

• Maintain and improve financial dashboards and KPI views used by senior leadership.

• Provide high‑quality ad‑hoc analyses supporting strategic and operational decisions.

• Contribute to maintenance and evolution of budgeting, forecasting, and BI systems to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business.

• 4–6 years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience in a global environment.

• Strong financial modeling capability with advanced Excel skills.

• Experience with ERP/EPM or planning systems (Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, or similar).

• Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.

High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
