Key Responsibilities

The Senior-FP&A plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis across the organization, ensuring data-driven decision-making that supports strategic business objectives. This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive financial insights, forecasting, and modeling to guide leadership in optimizing financial performance and resource allocation.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and performance reports.

Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts, providing clear explanations and recommendations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting financial performance.

Strategic & Business Support

Analyze financial statements, market trends, and operational data to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Leadership, to validate assumptions and ensure data accuracy.

Provide actionable financial insights to support revenue growth, cost optimization, and resource allocation.

Reporting & Communication

Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and executive audiences.

Clearly communicate complex financial concepts and findings to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Leadership

Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Support audits, financial reviews, and compliance-related requests as required.

Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of the financial analysis function.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related roles

Experience working in a corporate finance environment, preferably within a large or multinational organization.
