Senior FP&A

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $130,000 to $180,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and project evaluation Collaborate with leadership to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts Analyze potential investments and acquisition opportunities to support corporate growth Contribute to investor communications and assist in preparing materials for capital market initiatives Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports, including cash flow projections, debt schedules, and resource allocation summaries Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A roles Strong command of financial modeling and a solid understanding of corporate accounting principles Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial software or data visualization tools is a plus Ability to present complex financial data clearly and with attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative and proactive mindset Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline is preferred Demonstrated ability to build and manage three-statement financial models Advanced analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to solving business challenges Excellent communication skills for working across teams and with senior stakeholders Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines REF 51025 LI-DD1
