Job Description
Purpose:
The Senior Front Desk Clerk position supports the front desk team as a lead position in support of daily functions related to front-line customer service to residents and guests. Supports the Front Desk Coordinator and Housing & Conference Services teams as needed in supporting operations and clients.
Education:
Must be a current student.
Experience:
Previous work experience may be considered. Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
