Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Front-End Software Engineer with deep expertise in the Angular framework. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating sophisticated, secure, and high-performance user interfaces for Bank’s Digital Transformation Projects, coupled with a strong, practical understanding of the Microsoft .NET back-end ecosystem. The role demands technical excellence, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment. You will be instrumental in building the next generation of Bank’s Digital solutions that are both powerful and intuitive.

Your responsibilities will entail:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of responsive, scalable, and secure user interfaces using the Angular framework;
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to translate business requirements and wireframes into high-quality, functional code;
• Build and maintain reusable Angular components, services, and modules to ensure a consistent and efficient development process;
• Integrate front-end applications seamlessly with back-end services and APIs built on the Microsoft .NET stack;
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while adhering to the stringent security and compliance standards of the banking industry;
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices for performance and scalability;
• Interact with and consume data from various databases (primarily MS SQL Server), ensuring optimal performance;
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end software development;
• Front-End Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Angular (experience with recent versions is highly preferred). Deep understanding of TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS;
• Back-End Knowledge: Substantial knowledge and hands-on experience with the Microsoft back-end stack, including .NET Framework / .NET Core (C#). You must be comfortable working with and consuming RESTful APIs;
• Solid understanding of relational database systems, particularly MS SQL Server, with the ability to write and optimize queries;
• Proven experience working on projects within the Financial Services or Banking industry is mandatory;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
