Senior Front-End Web Developer

Urgently Looking for the Senior Front-End Web Developer with minimum 5+ years of work experience and holding on team leading in Delhi.

Location: New Delhi, India

Experience: 5+ Years

Work Mode: On Site

Shifting: UK Shifting (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM till October)

Other Facilities: 1st and 3rd Saturday fixed off, One paid leave from day one and drop & dinner benefits.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing responsive, user-centric web applications, with strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end solutions for web applications.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive and accessible interfaces. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code using best practices.

Optimise web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.

Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and third-party services.

Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, tools, and trends.

Capable of handling a team of Jr developers & interns

Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Mentoring the team members with required skills & training

Document technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a strong understanding of ES6+ features.

Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular.

Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS and CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for front-end applications.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Excellent understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO principles.

Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of state management tools like Redux or Vuex.

Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.

Understanding of server-side rendering and static site generation.

Education Qualifications Required:

BE/B.Tech in computer science
