Essential Duties and Responsibilities

We’re looking for a design-focused front end developer who believes interaction is a form of storytelling. We want someone who obsesses over the details of animation, pacing, and motion to create moments of surprise, delight, and emotional connection.

• You develop scalable, maintainable front-end code without over-engineering, making room for flexibility in components or applications to grow and pivot if needed.
• You prioritize performance, usability, and accessibility , balancing innovation and usability while maintaining clarity and accessibility.
• You find root causes rather than patch fixes when debugging and resolving issues in code, and support colleagues in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
