Job Post :- Senior Frontend Developer (React.js / Next.js)

Must-Have Skills (Strict Requirements)

Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) with hands-on production experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Next.js (no compromise on this requirement).
• 1–2+ years of experience with React Query (TanStack Query) for data fetching and state synchronization.
• 1+ year of experience using Redux or Zustand for state management.
• 2–3+ years of experience with Tailwind CSS in real-world projects.
• Proven ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI using Tailwind CSS.

Advanced Next.js Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Next.js architecture and optimization techniques, including:

• App Router and Pages Router
• Server Components vs Client Components
• Code splitting and dynamic imports
• Caching strategies
• Image optimization and performance tuning

Backend Integration & Deployment

• Strong experience working with REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Vercel.

Version Control

• Solid command of advanced Git concepts, including:

• Rebase, cherry-pick, and squash
• Resolving complex merge conflicts
• Feature-based workflows and release management

Good to Have

• Experience working with shadcn/ui.
• Strong understanding of SEO with Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Experience working with Next.js Server Actions.
• Familiarity with TanStack Start or TanStack Router.
• Experience working with GraphQL APIs.

• Build and maintain production-grade applications using Next.js and React.
• Implement clean, scalable, and pixel-perfect UI from Figma designs using Tailwind CSS.
• Integrate and optimize frontend systems using REST APIs.
• Improve performance, Core Web Vitals, and SEO across applications.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product teams.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from design through deployment.
