Good experience in Javascript.
Expertise in upgrading legacy Web applications to current Web 2.0 technology.
Expertise in Debugging.
Experience with one or more Java Script libraries.
Experience in combination of Javascript Frameworks with any of this YUI/AJAX/JSON/JQuery is a Plus.
Experience in Performance tuning on client side.
