Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Developer who leverages AI‑augmented development to build secure, scalable, and high‑performance applications. This role is ideal for engineers who embrace AI tools as productivity enhancers and have a strong understanding of modern front‑end frameworks and backend architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full‑stack applications using React 19+, TypeScript, and modern backend frameworks or languages.
• Architect scalable APIs and data‑driven services with attention to performance and reliability.
• Implement secure authentication flows, error handling, and production‑grade monitoring.
• Design and optimize database schemas and ensure efficient query performance.
• Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to increase development velocity and code quality.
• Contribute to internal developer tools, AI agent integrations, and LLM‑powered features.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, and DevOps teams in an agile environment.
• Mentor engineers on AI‑augmented coding workflows and modern development practice.

Qualifications And Job Requirements

• 3+ years of full‑stack software development experience in production environments.
• 2+ years of experience using TypeScript across front‑end and back‑end contexts.
• Expert‑level proficiency in ReactJS and modern front‑end development patterns.
• Strong foundation in backend engineering – Node.js preferred, including:
• Scalable API design (REST or GraphQL)
• Database schema design and optimization
• Authentication and authorization best practices
• Concurrency and performance optimization
• Robust error handling and observability for production systems
• Hands‑on experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and microservice architectures.
• Demonstrated use of AI coding tools in professional development settings.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Located in Latin America.
• Fluent English.
